Counselling

Person-Centered Therapy is all about you - your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. This approach is client-led, meaning that you set the pace, and we explore what’s important to you in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My role as your therapist isn’t to give advice or tell you what to do, but rather to walk alongside you, offering empathy, understanding, and acceptance. Together, we’ll build a trusting relationship where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to discover your own answers.

During our sessions,  you’ll be accepted just as you are, without fear of any judgment. I will listen with empathy,  to understand what you’re going through, and will always be genuine and transparent in our conversations. This kind of connection creates the right conditions for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

Testimonial

Gill has really helped me to build confidence, manage my anxiety and build healthier relationships. She is a brilliant listener and gently challenges me when I need it, which has helped me make better decisions. Gill is easy to talk to and very empathetic, I would highly recommend her.
